Brand Guidelines
The Strong One Foundation exists to shift the cultural narrative around Black women and mental wellness—from silent strength to supported healing. As an organization grounded in empathy, therapy access, and sisterhood, the brand needed to reflect both its depth and its bold vision for change.
We led the entire branding process from the ground up—delivering strategy, messaging, visual identity, digital storytelling, and all design execution. Every visual element—from the logo suite to the typography system and intentional color palette—was created to connect authentically with Black women while maintaining flexibility for both personal and corporate settings.
Our team also developed the sub-brand for Check on Her, which expands the foundation’s reach into workplace wellness and peer-driven community care. Though distinct in tone, its design system maintains visual alignment with The Strong One’s core identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
The brand's rollout includes custom audience personas, messaging pillars, digital assets, campaign templates, and social post design—each piece built to inspire connection, visibility, and long-term growth. Every element of the brand was designed in-house to ensure cohesion and intentionality across the board.
This project is being executed in thoughtful phases. With the foundational strategy and visual identity complete, we are now planning the next stage: a brand shoot to visually bring this story to life across digital platforms and campaigns.
The Strong One Foundation isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement. One that says: healing is not a luxury, rest is resistance, and Black women deserve care that sees every layer of who they are.
